The first round of interview was done online for 1 hour. Interviewer asked various questions technical and related to product management. I could answer technical questions correctly up to 80%. Questions related to product management, I answered more than 95% correctly. I had a feeling the interviewer wanted me to know all technical details of the sensors which in my opinion was not reasonable. If I already knew everything then why would I be applying for that job? Interviewer told me at the end that there are many candidates who applied for this position and many of them have already done 2nd interview. He told me I applied late and its possible I get rejected. I am not disappointed at not getting the job (I already have a job), but this kind of behavior was very unprofessional and rude. If you have already good candidates interviewed then why would you ask me for an interview?
