The recruiting process here is a piece of cake even though they make it sound "oh-so corporate". First you have to clear an aptitude test followed by face to face meeting.

They will ask you questions related to your last work profile, education and family background. If you are a fresher then only about your education and family background. And they judge you mostly basis your communications skills.
