I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Senior Aerospace, Jet Products (San Diego, CA) in Sept 2023
Interview
Interview process was great the young lady who helped me on the phone was very professional and welcoming. Interviewing is always nerve wracking luckily, I was able to feel comfortable during the interview process. The recruiter explained with detail what the position was going to be. She also shared referral bonuses and how the department has a great teamwork environment. With all the information she shared of the company I was like yeah, I want to work here.

Question 1
She asked many good questions all related to my previous work experience.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Senior Aerospace, Jet Products (New York, NY) in Apr 2018
Interview
When I first moved to California this was the first company that called me in to interview and that was a few days after arriving. The interview was fine. No red flags. No worried looks from either of us, no odd questions, nothing. There was a mutual level of reassurance it seemed and that moving forward would probably be in the cards. We never discussed pay and I didn't press for that. Before I left they said they'd give me a call soon to discuss the next move. I felt even though it was a hot environment with no enclosed air conditioned spaces besides the office that I could do this. Plus I like o.t. and I expressed that.
About 2 weeks later on the same day I went on another interview for a separate company through a staffing agency. I was asked to come back for another interview on that day also. The person that interviewed me this time was a different person and had no clue I had been there 2 weeks prior. This interview was the same. Same level of confidence. Same overall feel and then at the end we discussed pay a little. Told him what I was making at my last job and we ended it there. After that no call, nothing. A few months later after my other job ended due to it just being temporary I went to their sister company Ketema and one of the things I was told is that Jet Products is one of the lowest paying Senior Aerospace facilities out there and they probably had no intention of hiring you unless they could get you for real cheap and then work you 60 hours a week which is what they do for most of their machinists. Really glad I wasn't hired after all the negative stuff I know about them now.

Question 1
Just general machining questions. What machines I've ran and materials I've cut.
