Easy, if you can sell you basically get the job. Application process is simple, Full commission, management is aggressive and a little overbearing at times. They take a large part of the sale internally
Got an email to schedule a 10-15 minute phone call with a recruiting rep. Asked about experience, salesforce, why I'm leaving my company, if I'm ranked near the top of my current sales group and where I'm ranked, solar knowledge. Said I would receive a call for the next step.
