Interview
Rarely have I interviewed with a company this rude.
Out of the blue he called me for an impromptu interview. Started as normal, asking me about myself and stuff that was on my resume. Since the interview came out of nowhere, I didn't have the answers about the company or the position I had applied to (out of the many daily).
At which point he started asking me less about myself and about how little I prepare for the surprise interview and how poor a job I am doing in looking for work. I have had interviewers give me constructive advice, but he was demeaning.
He still wanted to keep "interviewing", but after 17 min I just flat out told him that I am ending this interview. I have never had to do that. Looking at the reviews of the company, I just dodged a bullet.
I talk with the boss for 30 minutes. He explained the job and asked if I thought I could be a good fit. Then, I talked more about myself and my previous experience. I did a bachelor's in Geosciences and it was very helpful.
