I was introduced by a recruiter and had to complete a technical test first before getting a face-face interview.
I met with Jamie and Kate — 2 very lovely and personable people — and (I thought) the interview went very well. From my discussions with these 2, I could tell the company’s got great culture and genuinely cares not just for their staff and customers, but for the environment too!
The next stage from this was to meet with the Ollie and perhaps other members of the team, and then get a decision. But I didn’t get that far with them.
