Interview
Very straight to the point (which is nice). Definitely gives the used car salesmen vibe though. You have to pay for your own licensing, though they claim that you will be reimbursed upon being "actually" hired... which gives me pause.

Over the phone they were very nice and on time for the interview they wanted 45 hours a week and for a person to be attached to their computers and able to multi task

Interview
The representative was cordial and asked relative discovery questions. She was able to set earnings expectations and give me insight into life working at the company. The questions were very scripted and usual for applying for a work from home position.
