It seemed very professional. I had two interviews. They answered all of my questions in regards to compensation. However, I found out later it was not true. They justified paying everyone 11.00 an hour with a very weak bonus structure that leaves you little to no chance of receiving your commissions on the policies that you sell during the AEP ramp up period and training retention.
