I submitted my resumes through Indeed, filled out an online application. Received a phone call within 30 minutes for a phone screen and went in later that day to Interview and see the position. I received a phone call the next day, was offered the position and started the following week. They spent time talking with me and showing me the shop and my position, gave me an honest assessment of what my position entails.
