Was emailed to set up initial interview which lasted all of 5 minutes. The next day, the rehab director at the site called me to answer any questions I had regarding the position. Follow up was initially long and then had rapid response once further along in the interview process.

Very straight forward, no complicated questions. They will ask about your salary expectations and experience in the field. If are interviewing for full time position, be sure to ask the interviewer about productivity expectations.

Interview with regional manager via phone first then a second interview with program manager at my specific site I was hired at/got to see the facility and meet some of the staff.

Describe at time you had a conflict with a coworker and how you handled it.
There is not a formal interview process. Additionally, the interview is more of a tour of the facility and where everything is located. You also discuss log-in credentials and what is required.
