Interview
Initially interviewed via phone conversation from someone in HR. Then by 2-3 coordinators that ask questions about experience and personal background. They let you know within an acceptable amount of time (7-10 days) whether you will be awarded an offer letter.

Where have you worked? What is a way you would handle confrontation with a resident? Would you honor a request from a resident to stop by McDonalds for food if hungry while transporting them to an appointment?
