Applied online, received an e-mail to schedule an online meeting, no camera required. Recruiter was very down-to-earth and asked easy questions. However, they proactively told me at the end of the interview I would receive an update by email by the end of the day. That was nearly a month ago, and I received silence, not even a generic rejection e-mail. The job posting has since been taken down.
