Underwhelming interview with the CTO. Should have flagged that the company has a peculiar (in a negative way) culture if it has questions if you could work weekends/worknights. I get that it's a startup, but the demeanor of the call was interrogative. He went through a couple of questions regarding my background and didn't have any thoughtful questions related to the actual role. It was more asking why I did what I did (in a snobby way), as opposed to how I could contribute to the company.

I applied online. I interviewed at SeedInvest in Jul 2020
Interview
The interview consisted of several rounds of quick calls followed by an assessment and a review of the assessment. I spoke with members of several teams and across functional areas.

Question 1
-provide examples of startups that I find interesting
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at SeedInvest (New York, NY) in Jun 2020
Interview
The whole process took 2 months. A few video interviews, a really long and time consuming take home that I guess is relevant but also seems like part of their sourcing efforts/free labor vs assessing your skills, and a final round with 8 people. Was ghosted for weeks until I was told that they hired someone with more finance experience.
