Underwhelming interview with the CTO. Should have flagged that the company has a peculiar (in a negative way) culture if it has questions if you could work weekends/worknights. I get that it's a startup, but the demeanor of the call was interrogative. He went through a couple of questions regarding my background and didn't have any thoughtful questions related to the actual role. It was more asking why I did what I did (in a snobby way), as opposed to how I could contribute to the company.

The interview consisted of several rounds of quick calls followed by an assessment and a review of the assessment. I spoke with members of several teams and across functional areas.
