The hiring process at SecurityScorecard was one of the most professional and well-structured experiences I’ve had in my career. It consisted of three main stages: (1) an initial screening with my direct supervisor, (2) technical interviews with team members, and (3) a final interview with an HR representative. Communication was clear at every step, and the interviews were both engaging and fair. The team was very welcoming, and the process moved efficiently without unnecessary delays. I appreciated the company’s transparency, fast decision-making, and emphasis on cultural fit. Overall, a great experience.

A key focus of the interview was on my ability to make quick, effective decisions. They asked me to describe real examples where I had to make fast decisions that had a measurable impact on projects.

Interview
Had four rounds of interview with an hour long interview at each round. Interviewed with with VP, Senior Data Scientist, Senior Software Engineer and Manager. Not so serious about the hiring right from the first round as the interview questions were quite casual.
