Higher than average pay. Pay is better than average. Good place to use for a stepping stone. Just a number. Get money. Some decent sites. Lots of hours. You can work a lot
there is no interview, just a 5 day "academy" they schedule for you without your consideration as to what your availability may be. you're then required to fill out the typical onboarding forms and then submit a drug test from a private testing site.
