Went through several interviews. One with a recruiter that was recorded. They sent recorded interview to branch manager. They got back to me quickly. The background process takes longer though.

Video interview with a corporate recruiter. The recruiter sends the video of the selected candidate to the regional manager. Branch manager viewed recorded interview to make sure I was a good fit for branch.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Security Finance (Bishopville, SC) in Aug 2023
Interview
Got contacted via email the same day I did application. The recruiter called me the next day to go over job description and was set it for a face to face interview. Interview was via web on a Friday and she called me today with a job offer today.
