I applied online for the job. I was interviewed on the phone. it was a very brief interview. she was only interested in my future plans but not my knowledge.

internal referral, after 2 weeks i received an email from HR. HR employee called me, she spoke with rush and badly. My interview duration was 10 min and 11 sec that i think that it's short time to assess candidates. her attitude was very unprofessional and i felt that she reject min in first min of my interview. i don't know who force them to call to candidate when they already made their decision .
