Securex (Kenya) interview questions

Horrible experience. This position was at Securex Uganda. I applied on friday and was called on Friday after 4pm to come in for an interview the following Monday at 9am. When I arrived for the interview, there were about 10 of us waiting- so apparently we were all told to come at 9am. By the time it was my turn to interview, 2 hours had passed. My interview was very strange. I do not even know the roles or people that interviewed me. The owner(i figured) asked me what my parents do, and what my siblings do. What does that have to do with the role? Another thing, the job advertised had no job description and I had to ask about it in the interview. It was pretty vague.

The interview process takes too long. The application was done in October 2020. Long process more than 3 interviews. No feedback. Difficult to get feedback. Bad company culture. The worse interview process ever experienced.
