Telephone Interview followed by personal Interview, I had to fill an application that included personal info and SIN number, the manager explained the business and the working hours, 6 hours a day monday through Saturday and she explained about the company. The call center is in the basement. only english speaking

Firstly an assistant would call you just to make sure that your English is efficient. Hence no need to worried about the phone interview. As soon as your English passes the required level, he will send you the time and address for the second interview. In the second interview, the supervisor interviews a group of people just to getting to know you, easy one.
