Panel interview. Little feedback. Sat in a community room of one of their properties. Lasted about 30 minutes. Three women of color. The questions were all the same for every applicant. Had a chance to ask them questions. They stressed how difficult and stressful the job could be. Sounded like a tough gig for not great pay
