I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sears (Colorado Springs, CO) in May 2012
Interview
After you apply, you can schedule an interview- which is a good thing about Sears, they will always give you that interview chance. You go in and talk to the HR manager, and She does the basic interview. The interview process was alright. Not the worst interview process but also not the best interview process. I would go through the process again. I would recommend the interview process to others
