Interview process was fine. Phone call, onto a F2F, then presentation. People were fine. Company was a nice place when I started. Interview wasn't too tough. People were friendly and made you feel relaxed. Manage to get from interview to offer fairly quick
One phone call. Person was pleasant and gave me insight into recruitment. I didn’t get the roll but ultimately got a better idea of what the recruitment industry was like.

Clear transparent process, explanation of the role, KPI's, expectations and succession planning were made very clear. Training provision and expectations of being a new employee all very realistic. Generally a very good process.
