Seaborne Airlines interview questions

Hiring process was very comfortable. Very much a welcoming staff and saw great team work. Company providing bonuses when business where up, such as free boarding passes to travel with different sub-contracted airline, Christmas family events. Dining activities.

Submitted app and was called two weeks later for interview. Interview time was Tuesday or nothing. So be ready to go if they call. Interview went well. Very professional from both people. Maybe 10 questions in total. Prioritizing tasks, what do you expect, are you flexible. They said schedule was 10hr shifts but must be available 7 days a week and holidays. No big deal but it was never confirmed that it would only be 40hrs a week. Had an offer in a few days. I asked about benefits and never got a response from HR. may have just been lost. 3 days before start date I get an email that says positions not being filled at this time. Fortunately I didnt quite my part time job. I was told over the phone after I had to call that is was a restructure from the top down. So either they have soft financials or they didnt like something about me. Overall there was some room for improvement in the process. Id give it a 3 out of 5 experience.
