I applied online, then got moved straight to the hiring manager to schedule an online interview with the Microsoft Teams application. 2 staff members were on the same zoom call and both sat and interviewed me. 30 minute interview, interviewers were respectful. Second phone interview was quicker!

Question 1
1. Tell me about a time when you had a disagreement with a colleague. How did you resolve it? If you have never had this happen, how would you resolve it?
2. Describe a time you went above and beyond for a patient
3. Why do you want to work for Scripps?
4. What made you interested in joining healthcare?
5. Tell me about a time you made a mistake in a clinical setting?
6. Tell me about yourself, your background
7. Describe a day that did not go the way you planned

2. How do you manage multiple tasks at a time?

4. Why do you want to work on this unit?
Virtual interview that’s open for 72 hours and then if you pass that, you get a virtual interview with a separate person. I heard back for a second interview within a week after the first virtual one.
Application submitted, prerecorded video interview where you record yourself answering each individual question as many times as you like, then an email with preselected times to choose from for a live interview, then a video interview over zoom with the manager, assistant manager, and educator. They each ask a round of questions and the conversation was pretty casual with a few pretty basic clinical questions sprinkled in.
