Very straightforward and easy. I was interviewed by two of the managers who asked me a range of questions such as why i want to work for screwfix etc. They also asked for my availability at this stage.
Just a get to know each other conversation, discuss who you are what you like, managers hire based on whether they like you and think you’ll get on with their team
Simple interview style questions it was a formal / informal style interview more about getting to know ur personality and how u fit in the culture rather then ur experience
