Met with head of HR, easy interview process. Position is clearly explained during interview and what they expect of you. After given offer, I met with the CFO to talk a little more.

Interview
The interview was easy. HR asks 6 situational questions, such as name a time you had to meet a deadline. She also asked me to name a time that I overcame adversity. She then offered me the job on the spot.
