I filled out an application online and in a day or so got an email to schedule a Zoom interview. The interview was with the Camp Director and Program Director.

4. Are you comfortable singing and doing skits in front of others?

Interview
After sending in my application, I was contacted by email in about a week. We arranged to set up an interview date where we discussed my scouting/camping experience and what I could bring to the camp.

I was interviewed by other camp staff members about my history with the BSA, with education, and with environmentalism. My specific interests helped them gauge where I was assigned at the summer camp.
