Straightforward process designed to hire the appropriate individuals for a thriving company. Be prepared to answer analytical questions and scenarios related to dealing with situations in a complex world of finance and how to interact within the company.
Three rounds of interviews and the process was overall pretty smooth and typical in the industry. Nothing to add except preparation on company information is crucial for success. Asking others including providers about the company is helpful and will show interest which the interviewers will appreciate.
