I applied online and after answering the questions was informed that I was qualified and was prompted to choose a date and time for a phone interview. I was contacted, 20 minutes late, and the interviewer went over the details of the job and asked if after hearing them was I still interested. After replying that I was, the interview began.
Questions went along the line of what was your experence in retail and how dis you resolve a problem with a unhappy customer.
