I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Scott Fetzer (Cardington, OH) in Jan 2020
Interview
Very basic, nothing out of the ordinary. They drag their feet and can't make a decision. Hide behind 'company process'. Their 'Employee Handbook' is a joke. It's a 3 page Word document that looks like my grandma made it on a word processor. Highlight of the packet is an 8lb ham they give you for Christmas. Not a good sign when they value cheap lunch meat over bonuses or other tangible benefits. They made a poor offer, they seem completely unaware of what similar jobs pay in the area. I counter offered and they rescinded without any feedback. Unprofessional and cowardly. If you are a senior leader looking for a professional company, stay away.
We regret that the candidate perceived that he had a negative experience. He applied at Adalet, a subsidiary of Scott Fetzer, for the position of Plant Manager located at the Cardington, Ohio facility. We offered him a competitive salary and benefits package; he declined our offer. He counter-offered, but we declined based on the fair market value of the position. All negotiations and feedback were communicated through his recruiter.

Interview
Straight forward interview with the engineering manager and his boss. Standard interview questions.
Complete lack of follow through from the company. Don’t waste my time by not responding to a follow up question.
HAVE THE COURTESY TO INFORM CANDIDATES THEIR STATUS.
DON’T JUST IGNORE THEM!!!

Interview
Very disappointing interview because I expected more questions. Found the job posting on Craigslist and called the number to get an interview for the same day. The interviewer seemed like he was in a rush and only asked me one question. He spent most of the time explaining me the job and was very vague about what the position involved.
