I had two phone interviews, one personal interview and the an excruciating personality test which is entirely what they base their decision on so all the other was completely elementary and unnecessary. The entire process took ONE MONTH and the guys hardly ever communicate with you during that period. THE most mundane and unprofessional experience I have ever had and Ive been working for 50 years. Beware of the rookie interview process. it can cost you other job opportunities during the process and you never what you REALLY scored on the ALL IMPORTANT TEST!
