Depending on the number of candidates and people’s availability, it can sometimes be longer. When applying to Account Executive role, we have a standard of 3 interviews, which we find is a reasonable amount for both sides to make sure that there is a match. We have several interview stages to clearly understand whether the candidate has the needed qualifications and fits our team culture and values.
