I applied online. I interviewed at Scorebuddy (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
The experience was disrespectful, to say the least. The hiring manager openly admitted they had no intention of hiring me, regardless of my answers. Inviting me to this interview wasted my time, negated my preparation, and falsely raised my hopes. If this reflects what working at Scorebuddy is like, I am glad to have dodged a bullet.

Interview
I had one screening call and then didn’t get the job. They were pleasant, but it was strange and felt like they were benchmarking decisions that they had made against my perspective. It seemed odd and they didn’t really seem to want to get to know me. Also told me to turn the camera off.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Scorebuddy (Dublin, Dublin) in Mar 2025
Interview
My first interview was with the Hiring Manager where I was asked competency based interview questions online. The second round interview was with Senior Management in the office. This was a conversation type interview style talking through my experience and CV.
