Interview
Firstly the interviewer gave a summary about the team, then I had to do a 5 minute pre-prepared presentation (a short brief was supplied in advance, in the invite to interview). There was then 8 competency questions

Something along the lines of: What attracted you to work for Scope?
Easy and simple asked about experience and how I would deal with certain situations and stuff was a good interview with nice questions the interviewer was nice as well, it was an easy process

This interview was very simple, it did not require very much thinking and the interviewer was very kind. Just find a local charity shop and ask if they have any positions available
