Interview
Two rounds of interview.. 1st aptitude followed by personal interview.. If you are selected you get a call with a day or two... And after that there will be training for next 10 days ... You have to give test and if pass the test you are ready to take class
Looks at your unique nature and capabilities like being Bipc student having other field skills also like python skills and other computer skills.
Looks at how important or priority you can give to the company or the assessments given
