I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Science and Engineering Services in May 2015
Interview
Informal discussion to discuss background and experience. Very professional, cordial and no "gotcha" questions. Interviewer provided a good overview of the company and the position. Questions were fair and gave the candidate a complete opportunity to provide how their experience would best fit the position.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Science and Engineering Services in Aug 2016

Question 1
What do you see a program manager spending most of his time doing?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Science and Engineering Services (Huntsville, AL)
Interview
The inverview was very straightforward with regards to the position, but not the specific program. I had no previous experience for the position that was posted and was told that if hired, I would be put with someone for OTJ.
My overall perception of the people and the environment was that it seemed like a very fast paced company with a lot of moving pieces and the people seemed to all have a grasp on their responsibilities while maintaining graciousness.

As stated before, the interview itself was very straightforward. There weren't really any difficult questions or anything that was unexpected during the interview process.
