Interview
There was few steps
1. Recruiter Interview - We ws talking mainly about Netherlands and Company, about life there and work-life balance
2. Interview with Managers from the company. Very nice talk about Company, workflows, they explain how team inside interacting, what challenges and benefits.
3. Tech interview - There was 2 persons, atmosphere was relaxing, We were talking about my experience in general, by this they was asking questions. Main thing they want is to be as deep in explanation as you can.

What happen with when you writing www.google.com in your browser.
It was smooth, rigorous but interesting. After recruiter call, I had 3 other 90 minutes interview (Culture fit , technical and final discussion). The first and last were more about knowing the candidate personally. The second was technical which was quite indepth. Overall i had a positive experience about the entire process.

Very clear process, easy to talk to, informal setting. They take the time to get to know you and you have the time to get to know them, nothing is rushed.
