Schone Mama interview questions

I recently had a scheduled interview with this company. Unfortunately, due to a recurring illness, I needed to request to reschedule the interview for a second time. I notified the recruiter as soon as I realized I would not be well enough to proceed. My intention was to reschedule, not cancel the interview. The recruiter responded by cancelling the interview entirely, citing my request to reschedule as "unprofessional," and subsequently blocked all further communication. I understand that multiple schedule changes can be disruptive, but I was genuinely ill and attempting to maintain professional communication. I found the complete cancellation and blocking of communication to be disproportionate and unprofessional. This experience has raised concerns about the flexibility and candidate experience provided by this company. I hope this review provides valuable feedback for others considering working with this agency.
