I applied online, recruiter reached out to me the next day. I met with the Hiring Manager a couple of days later. I had to withdraw my application because it’s been a month since my last interview and they still haven’t provided feedback. I followed up 5 to 6 times and each time they promised I was going to get feedback in a couple of days, but I never received anything. YOU DON’T NEED A MONTH TO DECIDE WHETHER YOU’RE MOVING FORWARD WITH A CANDIDATE OR NOT. This job market is already very stressful, you shouldn’t add up to it. It’s even more frustrating coming from a company that promotes education.
