Quick phone interview followed by an in person interview. Met with the employer and he asked simple questions based on previous work experience and resume specifications. Overall, they were very easy questions.

Very straight forward, found work right away and molded my job description to my specialty. We went back and forth with ideas for the needs of the business, and they listened to my suggestions and provided feedback based on their experience.
