You sit in front of 6 supervisors in a room whiley the take turn firing questions at you one right after the other. Then they score you on the answers thaqt you give. A lot of the question are about the job and some are on how they do things even though you never worked in the building. When this is done the LT reviews the score and makes the pick. Now you would think the highest score should be the right pick but your sex comes into play.
