The interview took place in a conference room at Schneider Electric, Athens DC, given my current role as a contractor with the organization. My interview panel consisted of two managers and an HR representative. The discussion commenced with my self-introduction, followed by a detailed overview of the projects I have led as both an intern and a contractor at Schneider. Subsequently, a series of questions were posed concerning logistics processes and my proposed strategies for implementing advanced digitization within the Distribution Center. I was then afforded the opportunity to inquire about the specifics of the job role.
