Good: The persons conducting the interview were very friendly and polite. The interview was professional but low stress. Bad: The firm took a long time to make a decision. There was also a breakdown in communication between the job description and the role the firm was looking to fill. This was also reflected in the skill set of the candidate that was ultimately chosen.
