One interview on-site and relaxed environment. The manager and HR attended and the interview was mixed technical + behaviour. Asked for my references and the offer came 2 days later.

Tell us about a situation when you have had communication difficulties with stakeholders and how did you solve it?
The process was delayed for some time but fast when it was ongoing. First there was an interview with human resources and then an interview with a manager for the position.
