The interview was awful, the manager interviewed me for a drone swarm position, the manager did not know what he was talking about. Instead, they wanted someone to write code for companies. I was expecting a video call, but they did not bother to send a link, the manager was 15 minutes late and called me on my cellphone instead. They were very disconnected from reality, trying to hire people with 10 years of education with 7 years of experience for a junior position. They sent me a coding test on a video gaming platform. The objective was to measure how fast you can write code, that is all. I found that companies like this should not exist at all, they work as an agency, send you to clients to do code, and take your salary from you. When we discussed salary, the manager asked me about my expectation, I told him starting from 50K and above would be fine for me, the guy answered, that is very high, we can not offer anything above 35K for my experiences. One note, the interview was in French, over a phone call.

Talked to the hiring manager about previous job experiences, then do an online coding assessment. Never heard back from them. Months later they reached out for another process, talked to the same manager, and he had the audacity to ask why I haven't been hired in the months since we last talked. It's because companies like this that don't bother responding to candidates with an offer or rejection after interviews.
