There were three interview: 2 bosses and HRs. The whole process went quite fast. They mostly asked about previous experience, management experience, gave several imaginary close-to-real tasks, spoke about plenty of job that awaits. The initiation process was poor.

Interview
Met with the Senior manager and the team, discussed projects only. No technical questions at all. I was positive about the job and ready to take it. Then spent about an hour with HR Business partner who was trying to persuade me that I probably won't like the job because "there is no culture".
