Interview
You are interviewed by almost a whole team (~10 people). The whole interview process took 2 days. I was interviewed starting from analysts and ending with a managing director. Almost all interviews were quite technical without many fit questions.
A representative from Sberbank Human Resources contacted me and set up a meeting as a video conference. After the interview, I was told that they would get in touch with me soon but I never heard from them and my attempts to contact them have been futile. The interview was 40 days ago.

Interview
Phone interview was offered, which is what we choose to do. It was about 15 min, very short but straightforward. They asked for basic information about me, did introductions, very normal process.
