The initial screening and interview process was personable, professional, and led with natural connection as opposed to simply following a script, which is what I'm typically used to. It felt like the recruiter was really trying to get to know me as a person to see if I would mesh well with the company as a whole, which clearly communicated the company's values as a people-first entity. I appreciated that the recruiter even followed up multiple times with me after completing further steps in the interviewing process. Job searching can be really frustrating, but the recruiter was supportive, communicative, and took the initiative to keep me updated and aware of the hiring process.

Thw whole process was only 3 calls. Recruiter. HR director. FOUNDER. Then one in person with founder. Then received offer. It was smooth and quick, although they were unwilling to negotiate salary.
