There were multiple rounds and pretty straightforward. I met with two people on the first round. There's an on-site video shoot that you need to create videos for. Afterwards, you meet with a senior executive.
Very friendly and conversational! There was a phone screening, assessment filming at a restaurant, and multiple rounds of interviews. The interviews themselves were very conversational and they try to get to know you.

Interview
I was offered a drink while I waited and then was invited into a room with three interviewers. At first I was nervous, but everyone in the room made me feel very comfortable. It felt more like a friendly conversation than an interrogation. I left feeling like I was heard and valued.
