The interview process was straightforward and transparent. I spoke with the engineering manager about my role on the team and the projects that I could work on. I was told upfront about whether I was a good fit or not.

Fairly standard. Phone screen with hiring manager, face interview with hiring manager and a couple of others, third round with executive management. Nothing unusual. Not much more to say on this one.
